Aroma Raffaello

A fully automatic machine that can produce an espresso according to Italian tradition, but much more easily. Italian tradition and Swiss engineering combine with state of the art digital technology to create a modern masterpiece. The user can choose the type of espresso made each time by adjusting the size and strength of the finished product.


Aroma Extraction Process: this exclusive system is under pressure and consists of the passage of hot water inside the brewing group, before the final dispensing, for a deeper aroma extraction. So all beams are completely filled with water for a deeper aroma extraction.

The resin-based filter protects the machine from limescale deposits and retains all substances (like chlorine or other metallic deposits) which can alter the taste and aroma of coffee while the properties of the water minerals remain unaltered.
Cleaning and limescale removing cycles are completely automatic.

Thermoblock system: the coiled heat C exchanger, made of the special AISI 316L steel, avoids leftovers of unused water in the boiler. Only the necessary water quantity to dispense a cup of coffee is heated at the right temperature, in less time.

Ground coffee or decaffeinated coffee can be used.
