Conti Xeos is a 2 group automatic espresso machine made in Monaco
Features Include:
- 2 group automatic espresso machine made in Monaco;
- 14 litre boiler capacity / 4300W heating element – the largest sized boiler and highest watt heating element produced in the industry for the highest steam and hot water production;
- True pre-infusion - pre- wets the coffee in the brewing chamber 2 seconds before final extraction. This ensures an even and flavourful espresso;
- Dual probe system and overheating thermostat - dual probes automatically turn
- Off the machine if water is not detected internally. Overheating thermostat automatically turns off the machine if high temperatures are detected to protect valuable components and avoid costly service calls;
- Direct group to boiler connection -coffee brew head is directly attached to the boiler for increased temperature stability.
- Ergonomic steam levers - easy to use steam on/off tap levers are designed to increase control, reduce fatigue and are proven to require less maintenance;
- Self – regulating built in motor pump;
- Boiler built to the Apave and Veritas standards -the 99.9% pure copper boiler has extremely high heat transference and is both internally and externally plated in high chrome nickel to reduce scale and mineral build up;
- Front and back panels are stainless steel with techno-polymer sides for added durability (choice of colours);
- Heavy duty 100% galvanised stell frame for superior corrosion resistance.
- Wire harness is wrapped in carbon for added heat protection;
- Extra quiet internal pump and CSA/UL/NSF4 certified for safety and sanitation.
- Volumetric control of the coffee portions;
