The Swiss made Schaerer Ambiente II is ideal in sites where up to 180 cups per hour may be demanded. Because it is a fully automatic machine, there is no need for separate grinders or for specialised knowledge in the operation of the machine in the same way that is required with traditional espresso machines.

An Ambiente II in standard configuration includes:

- 4 litre side mounted, compressor driven refrigeration unit;

- Automatic frothing system;

- 1 grinder;

- Standard 1.2 kg SE bean hopper;

- Ability to simultaneously dispense coffee, tea and steam;

- Steplessly height adjustable dispenser (80 – 180 mm);

- Drainage system;

- Ability to run on either single or three phase power.

This unit offers a unique price to performance ratio and, since it was introduced as a three phase powered unit, is able to fulfil the same functions as the previously more expensive Schaerer Euroca range.
