Soche has a large number of field and workshop technicians who are well qualified and trained on a broad range of espresso machines and other cofee machines, as well as an extensive network of technical service agents throughout Australia.

Soche holds spare parts for all the machines we sell and quarantees continued supply of spare parts for at least 7 years after the final production of any particular model.

Soche backs up all coffee machines (whether new or refurbished) with a comprehensive parts and labour warranty.

Service contracts are available for all coffee machines (regardless of age) which provides both parts and labour coverage.
